Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) outlines the responsibilities of users when accessing or using ClarifyDocuments (“the Platform”). It ensures a safe, legal, and productive environment for all users.

2. Prohibited Activities

Users may not engage in any of the following:

  • Upload, post, or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or infringing on intellectual property rights.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or networks.
  • Disrupt or interfere with the Platform’s operation or the experience of other users.
  • Use AI outputs in violation of laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
  • Upload sensitive, confidential, health-related, or children’s data without proper consent.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Ensure all content uploaded complies with applicable laws.
  • Respect copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights.
  • Verify AI-generated content before using it for any critical decisions.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials.

4. Third-Party Services & Integrations

  • ClarifyDocuments may integrate with third-party services for analytics, storage, or AI processing.
  • Users are responsible for complying with third-party terms when using integrations.
  • ClarifyDocuments is not liable for issues arising from third-party services.
  • We use the OpenAI API under a paid plan. See our AI Transparency Statement for details.

5. Content Moderation & Enforcement

  • ClarifyDocuments reserves the right to review, remove, or restrict content that violates this Policy.
  • Accounts may be suspended or terminated for repeated violations.
  • Moderation may include automated systems and manual review.

6. Reporting Violations

  • Users may report suspected violations by creating a support ticket at our Support Page.
  • Reports will be investigated promptly.
  • ClarifyDocuments may take corrective action, including content removal or account suspension.

7. User Education

  • If you need guidance or help using the Platform, please submit a support ticket via our Support Page. Our team will assist you.
  • Users are encouraged to follow best practices when uploading or sharing content and to review this Policy regularly.

8. Updates to Policy

  • This Policy may be updated at any time.
  • Continued use of ClarifyDocuments constitutes acceptance of updates.
