2. AI-Generated Content

  • Some services utilize AI, including OpenAI models.
  • AI-generated outputs are for informational purposes only and may contain errors.
  • You are responsible for verifying any information before relying on it.
  • We use the OpenAI API under a paid plan. Your content is processed solely to provide features and is not used to train or improve OpenAI’s models. See our AI Transparency Statement.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClarifyDocuments, its affiliates, partners, or service providers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruptions.
  • Users are responsible for the consequences of their use of AI-generated content.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ClarifyDocuments, its affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

  • Your use of the Platform.
  • Violation of these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or other policies.
  • Reliance on AI-generated content without verification.

6. Dispute Resolution

Users must first attempt informal resolution by creating a support ticket at our Support Page. Unresolved disputes will be handled exclusively as described in our Terms (§11), under the laws of Italy with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Milan.
